Role:
We’re recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join our commercial team. This role will be based in one of our UK or European offices and will report into the Sales Manager. You’ll be organised, commercially curious and customer focused, supporting the delivery of sales activity that drives occupancy and revenue across our portfolio. We would love you to have...
1–3 years’ experience in a sales support or coordinator role within hospitality, travel or events
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Good understanding of revenue management and basic commercial principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or PMS systems advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Customer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
What you can do for us...
Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales administration including preparing proposals, contracts and rate confirmations
Maintain and update CRM and property systems to ensure accurate client and booking information
Assist with account management tasks, responding to client enquiries, and coordinating site visits or familiarisation trips
Prepare regular sales reports and assist with data entry and simple analysis to support commercial decision making
Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of group bookings and events
Support the delivery of sales campaigns and marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and trade activity
Help maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a reliable point of contact and escalating issues when required
