We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team and help deliver outstanding food and beverage service across the property.

This role suits someone who enjoys leading a small team, thrives on delivering exceptional guest service, and is comfortable working across both breakfast and all-day dining operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and supporting the F&B team during service to ensure smooth, efficient operations

• Ensuring excellent guest service, food presentation and consistency across all F&B outlets

• Assisting with planning rotas, daily shift briefings and team coaching to maintain high standards

• Overseeing service quality, health & safety and food hygiene in line with company SOPs

• Managing stock control, ordering and minimising waste with attention to cost control

• Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Working closely with kitchen colleagues to ensure timely delivery and correct presentation of dishes

• Contributing to local marketing and upselling initiatives to maximise revenue

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in an F&B supervisory or senior team member role, ideally within hotels, cafes or restaurants

• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to inspire and develop a small team

• Good understanding of front of house operations, service styles and bar basics

• Organised with a focus on cost control, stock management and minimising waste

• A commitment to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest care

• Flexible, reliable and able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as required

• A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to support wider Wilde initiatives
