We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly Food & Beverage Team Members to join our team and help deliver outstanding service across breakfast, all-day dining and bar operations.

This role suits people who enjoy working as part of a small, collaborative team, thrive on delivering memorable guest experiences, and are comfortable working across a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming and serving guests with a friendly, professional approach to ensure a positive dining experience

• Taking and delivering orders accurately, ensuring excellent food presentation and consistency

• Preparing and serving beverages and basic drinks—including non-alcoholic options and bar service where required

• Supporting breakfast and all-day dining service, including buffet setup, plated service and clearing

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safetyin line with company procedures

• Assisting with stock control, basic inventory and minimising waste

• Helping to set up and close outlets, including cleaning, restocking and cash handling where appropriate

• Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Working closely with kitchen colleagues to ensure timely delivery and correct presentation of dishes

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a hospitality, café, restaurant or hotel F&B role is desirable but not essential — we welcome applicants eager to learn

• Warm, friendly and professional customer service skills

• Ability to work well as part of a team and to follow direction from supervisors

• Organised with a focus on cleanliness, hygiene and food safety

• Comfortable working under pressure during busy service periods

• Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work early mornings, evenings and weekends

• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support wider Wilde initiatives
