Guest Services Host

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Guest Services Host to join our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest service across reception and concierge touchpoints.
This role suits someone who enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team, thrives on delivering memorable guest experiences, and is comfortable working across a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.
What you’ll be doing
Welcoming guests with a warm, professional approach and providing a smooth check-in and check-out experience
Responding to guest enquiries and requests promptly—via reception, phone and email—to ensure high satisfaction levels
Assisting with reservations, room allocations and guest arrivals to support efficient operations
Providing local information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary
Supporting cash handling, billing and daily front office reporting in line with company procedures
Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance and F&B teams to fulfil guest requests and maintain standards
Maintaining accurate records in the property management system (PMS) and other required systems
Ensuring compliance with health & safety, data protection and company policies
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a reception, guest services or customer-facing hospitality role is desirable but not essential
Friendly, professional and calm under pressure with excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills—comfortable engaging with a diverse range of guests
Organised with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Confident using property management systems (PMS) and standard office software
Numerate and accurate with cash handling and basic billing procedures
Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as required
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to support wider Wilde initiatives
