We are on the search for our next Breakfast Cook (Chef) to help us create a truly amazing Wilde experience for our guests. At Wilde our Irish heritage mixes with local cultures to form new experiences that are unique to each city, and each Wilde.

We would love you to have:

• Passionate and knowledgeable Cook, capable of working alone or as part of a small kitchen team. Ideally you will have 1+ years of relevant experience.

• Good collaboration skills are essential as part of the wider Wilde team

• Be responsible for the execution of our Breakfast menu;- with a focus on high quality, health conscious and locally sourced produce to delight our guests, whether they be staying with us, or popping in to meet with their friends, family or colleagues.

• work together with our F&B team to serve tasty and well chosen breakfast dishes to our guests

• As part of our Operations team, demonstrate a commitment to operating in accordance with the environmental and social sustainability criteria set by Staycity Group and external programmes such as Green Key
